MaxCloudOn (which will be referred to as “the Seller,” “We,” “Our” or “Us”), makes this website, https://photogrammetry.maxcloudon.com (the “Site”), including all information, documents, communications, files, text, graphics, software, products and services available through the site (collectively, the “Materials”) and all services operated by Us and third parties through the site (collectively, the “Services”), available for your use subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this document and any changes to this document that We may publish from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Use”).
By accessing or using this Site in any way you agree to and are bound by the Terms of Use. Likewise, when you place an order with https://photogrammetry.maxcloudon.com, you (or the “Buyer”) are entering into a contract with MaxCloudOn (the Seller). Buyer Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to verify the laws of your country before placing an order with Us. The Services offered on this website are intended for use by the owner of photos at the time the order is placed. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they are the legal owner of the uploaded photos or any other materials for that matter.
Guarantees
We guarantee that the service provided will generate 3D model from the photos provided. Should our service not work with the materials (photos, but not only), means materials are not sufficient (or properly made, but not only) to generate a 3d scan with them. In such condition, your payment will not be eligible for refund, reimbursement – fully or partial.
https://photogrammetry.maxcloudon.com guarantees that, we will work diligently to solve any problems that arise during the processing of your order and when using our photogrammetry cloud computing service.
Trademark Information
The trademarks, logos, and service marks, including the MaxCloudOn trademark (“Marks”) displayed on this Site are the property of MaxCloudOn or other third parties. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior written consent of MaxcloudON or such third party that may own the Marks.
User Conduct
In using the Site, including all Services and Materials available through it, you agree: not to disrupt or interfere with any other user’s enjoyment of the Site or affiliated or linked sites; not to upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Site any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; not to create a false identity; not to disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Site, or any Services, Materials, or system resources.

Personal Information And Privacy
The personal data, you provide to the Site is our responsibility and because of this, we will not share it with third parties of any kind, for no reasons.
MaxCloudOn will keep uploaded user’s data for 15 days, counting from the last project activity. After that period expires, all photos and completed renders are permanently removed from our servers.
It’s users responsibility to download the output in this time frame.
General
The Terms of Use and the other rules, guidelines, licenses and disclaimers posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between MaxCloudOn and you with respect to your use of the Site.
